Delivery Information
Delivery of goods ordered on B2BWALA is coordinated directly between the Seller and the Buyer group. Our role is limited to facilitating the sale and assisting with group coordination.
Service Coverage
- Currently available in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana (including major cities and district headquarters).
- Delivery time and charges may vary for remote locations — please confirm in advance with the Seller.
Shipping Methods
- Delivery via courier or transport service (LR/AWB number will be shared by the Seller).
- Local pickup (where available): If pickup from Seller’s warehouse/showroom is possible, please arrange in advance.
Dispatch & Delivery Timeline
- Dispatch: Usually within 24–72 hours after Seller confirmation.
- Estimated delivery time:
- District headquarters / major cities: 2–4 working days
- Other towns / rural areas: 3–7 working days
- Delays may occur due to weather conditions, transport availability, or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
- Transport/delivery charges are additional and must be agreed upon in advance between the Buyer group and the Seller.
- Platform fee (10%) applies only to purchase facilitation and does not include delivery charges.
Tracking & Updates
- The Seller will share the LR/AWB number — track the shipment via the respective courier/transport website or customer support.
- Group orders may be shipped as a single consignment or multiple packages — confirm details with the Seller.
Receiving & Unloading
- A responsible person must be available at the delivery location to receive the goods.
- Unloading/labour charges, if any, are the Buyer’s responsibility — please confirm in advance with the Seller/transport service.
- Check the condition of boxes/packaging at delivery. If damage is noticed, ensure it is noted on the POD (Proof of Delivery).
Damage & Claims
- Transport damage is the Seller’s responsibility. Refunds are not applicable; replacement only will be provided (evidence required: photos/videos, POD note, and report within 24–48 hours).
- Returns for other reasons are not accepted. Unsold stock can be resold within the platform using the resale option.
Delivery Failure / Demurrage
- If delivery fails due to unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to receive, return/storage charges will be borne by the Buyer.
- Please contact the Seller/transport service immediately to arrange re-delivery.
Invoice & Documents
- Invoices are issued by the Seller (B2B invoice/bill).
- GST and billing details must be clearly shared with the Seller at the time of ordering.
