Cancellation & Refund Policy

Welcome to B2BWALA. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains in detail how order cancellations, refunds, replacements, resale options, and dispute handling work on the B2BWALA platform. This document is intended to provide complete clarity to Buyers, Sellers, Group Members, and all users participating in wholesale and group-buying transactions facilitated through our platform.

B2BWALA operates as a B2B group-buying facilitation platform. We do not manufacture, stock, warehouse, or directly sell products. Our role is limited to enabling communication, coordination, and transaction facilitation between Buyers and Sellers. Therefore, cancellation and refund rules differ from traditional e-commerce marketplaces.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all users who place, participate in, or facilitate orders through the B2BWALA platform, including but not limited to:

  • Individual Buyers
  • Group Buyers participating in pooled orders
  • Resellers and micro-entrepreneurs
  • Sellers, wholesalers, and distributors
  • Users using the Resale Option

By using B2BWALA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy in full.

2. Nature of B2BWALA Transactions

B2BWALA enables Buyers to collectively purchase goods directly from Sellers at wholesale prices. Orders are often created as group-buying commitments, where multiple Buyers pool funds to meet minimum order quantities (MOQ).

Because of this group-based and wholesale nature:

  • Orders are planned, consolidated, and confirmed based on group commitments
  • Sellers prepare stock specifically for confirmed group orders
  • Once confirmed, orders are not easily reversible

3. Order Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellation Before Seller Confirmation

A Buyer may request cancellation of an order only before the Seller confirms the order. During this stage:

  • The order is considered provisional
  • Stock allocation has not yet been finalized
  • Logistics planning has not begun

If cancellation is requested before Seller confirmation, the Buyer’s participation may be removed from the group order, subject to group feasibility.

3.2 Cancellation After Seller Confirmation

Once an order is confirmed by the Seller, cancellation is strictly not allowed. At this stage:

  • Stock is allocated or packed
  • Invoices may be generated
  • Dispatch planning may have started

Allowing cancellations at this stage would result in financial and operational losses to Sellers and other group members. Therefore, post-confirmation cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.

3.3 Group Buying Cancellations

In group-buying orders, individual Buyer cancellations can affect the entire group. If a Buyer exits:

  • The group may fail to meet MOQ
  • Pricing may change
  • The order may be delayed or cancelled entirely

B2BWALA is not responsible for losses or delays caused due to individual Buyer withdrawals in group orders.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 No Refund Policy

B2BWALA does not provide refunds. All transactions facilitated on the platform are considered final once confirmed.

  • No cash refunds
  • No bank transfers
  • No reversal to original payment method

This policy exists because B2BWALA operates in a wholesale, group-buying environment where Sellers dispatch goods based on confirmed commitments.

4.2 Unsold Stock

Unsold stock is not eligible for refund. However, B2BWALA provides a Resale Option to help Buyers minimize losses.

  • Unsold stock can be listed within the platform
  • Other Buyers may purchase this stock
  • This helps recover invested capital

5. Replacement Policy (Damage & Defects)

5.1 Transport Damage

If goods are damaged during transportation, responsibility lies with the Seller or logistics provider.

  • Refunds are not provided
  • Only replacement is applicable

Buyers must report transport damage within 24–48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos or videos
  • Proof of Delivery (POD) remarks
  • Original packaging evidence

5.2 Manufacturing Defects

In case of genuine manufacturing defects:

  • Seller may approve replacement
  • Approval depends on Seller’s internal policy
  • No monetary refunds will be issued

6. Delivery Failure & Return to Origin

Delivery failures may occur due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Buyer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept delivery

In such cases:

  • Re-delivery charges are borne by the Buyer
  • Storage or demurrage charges may apply
  • No refund will be issued

7. Platform Fee Clarification

B2BWALA may charge a platform service fee (for example, 10%) for facilitating transactions. This fee:

  • Is non-refundable
  • Covers coordination, support, and platform usage
  • Does not include shipping or logistics charges

8. Dispute Resolution

B2BWALA acts as a facilitator and will assist in communication between Buyers and Sellers. However:

  • Final resolution lies between Buyer and Seller
  • B2BWALA does not guarantee dispute outcomes
  • All decisions are subject to Seller policies

9. Limitation of Liability

B2BWALA shall not be held liable for:

  • Business losses
  • Loss of profit
  • Unsold inventory
  • Delayed deliveries
  • Indirect or consequential damages

10. Policy Updates

B2BWALA reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the platform.
